Feng Jing
Founder
I document weddings because I believe in stories- lived and felt. Even after photographing & videographing countless weddings, I still find myself tearing up during vows, quiet glances, and the in-between moments that words can’t fully hold. Even more so after getting married myself, I’ve come to deeply appreciate what it truly takes for two people to arrive at this milestone- the ups, the compromises, the growth, and the choice to keep choosing one another. The promise and commitment made on a wedding day is something I hold sacred, and it is an honour to be entrusted with preserving it. Before documenting weddings, I worked as a storyteller in a different medium. I made TV episodic content for international platforms such as Disney and Netflix as a storyboard artist. Storyboarding sits at the very front of the production pipeline, where framing, visual flow, emotion, and intention must be clearly defined before anything else exists. Prior to that, I graduated from NTU’s School of Art, Design and Media. That foundation shapes the way I photograph & videograph today. In a time where anyone with a camera can call themselves a photographer, I take pride in a trained eye- in intentional framing, the use of lines, shapes and light, and the way backgrounds and secondary elements quietly support the story within the frame. Every image is composed with care, and even more so on a day that carries such weight and meaning. What I’m drawn to most are the honest moments- the laughter that isn’t perfect, the tears that aren’t staged, the subtle interactions that reveal how deeply people are connected. What matters is preserving how it felt. Because at the end of it all, photography & videography isn’t just about how your wedding looked. It’s about remembering the people, the relationships, and the experience of being there- fully, wholeheartedly, and in love.

We hired FengJing for both our pre-wedding and wedding videography and photography and it was an amazing experience. We found FengJing through a friend and loved how the videos turned out, hence decided to go with her. Working with Feng Jing and Benny was a really great experience, they were patient and incredibly flexible when plans has to shift and change. Feng Jing is able to capture our casual and genuine interactions and we really loved how that came through in the videos. They were both on time and incredibly communicative. Despite heavy rain on one of our photoshoot days, Feng Jing still managed to salvage the day and got so many photos and shots done! We had a really tight timeline to do all our shoots since we are both based overseas at the moment and I was incredibly impressed at how we were able to get everything done in such a timely manner! Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about Feng Jing and her professionalism. If you're considering hiring her for any videography or photography work, please do! You won't be disappointed!

She also managed to catch all the things I personally missed out (which turned into hilarious conversations of me asking my friends what on earth were they doing 🤣🤣). Found Feng Jing via wedding crafters and decided to engage her having looked at her portfolio. When we met her, we only had 15 mins before the ceremony to take photographs due to unforeseen circumstances on our part. Nonetheless she knew exactly what she wanted and directed us with clear instructions. Within a shorter time than expected, she had delivered the photos and we were very pleased with the results; the photos were beautiful and candid. She has an eye for locations, backdrops and for capturing the raw emotions of our family. Thank you FJ!

Feng Jing and Benny are a lovely photographer and videographer couple who captured all the wonderful moments on our wedding day while making us feel comfortable and at ease! We are not ones who like to take photos but their creative artistic direction and instructions gave us beautiful photos and videos that we will cherish for life. They were extremely detailed and their experience in wedding photography really shines through - there was a pre-wedding video meet which helped us in our planning in knowing what to expect, what to prepare, how to plan the timing of the day, how to get the best shots and angles etc. As I did not have a MUA throughout the entire wedding, Feng Jing helped to look out for my makeup even! Had an amazing experience with Feng Jing for both our pre-wedding shoot and on the actual day!
